The twin-shaft mixers EUROMIX with 2 mixing shafts and four spirals coated of series in special alloy Ny-Hard thickness 30mm; the  coating of the sidewalls in HARDOX 400 whereas the bottom in interchangeable plates in special alloy Ny-Hard thickness 20mm.

The central unloading system of the material is  handled via 2 oil-dynamic cylinders that allows to obtain  a fast and complete dischargement of the material without residual in the tank

The special inclination of the mixing paddles generate a circular movement towards the center of the tank that allows to obtain a production system perfectly homogeneous besides the movement of the mixing shafts with counterclockwise and clockwise rotation that operate in synchronized way generate an intense turbulence  into the tank distributing the cement into the aggregates in perfect homogeneous way.

The material so obtained is perfectly mixed that’s the reason why the twin-shaft  EUROMIX mixers are appreciated not just where the big productions are requested but also where the quality of the mixed material remains a principle to respect
